Pros

Supplied computer and headset for the work (albeit after considerable hesitation to do so)

Cons

The workload is much, much more than is advertised. You do not merely provide care and support for customers, you also babysit an entire network of incompetent dry cleaners and their rude drivers. Their clientele are the most privileged and entitled demographic, with zero respect for anybody below them. I encountered racism, sexism and was subject to aggression from their dreadful customer base. The company “green washes”. Non stop, back to back complaint calls for 8 hours a day, leaving no time for the other tasks and completely morale destroying. Company as a whole is a sinking ship, they can’t provide the service they advertise, more often than not it goes wrong. the customer care team is overworked, stressed out, and therefore increasingly unresponsive to complaints. The remuneration for the role was appalling and quite frankly an insult when considering the distress experienced in this role.
