      Pros

      Pay and benefits in line with legal requirements. Supervisors and guards are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      No workplace culture to speak of. Poor training, no team-building exercises or events, etc... Managers are disorganized, inconsistent and cut corners. Inflexible, lack of employee support.

      Only 1 guy in mgmt everyone likes and I think he’s gone now..I don’t recommend anyone working there. Only pro is that you may get more than 15 an hr

      Unprofessional and unorganized. The office employees are like a revolving door
