      Pros

      The people are friendly. There are many bonding activities like board games, ping-pong, and lunches. There is flexibility in work in that they allow one to try new things with possible advancement.

      Cons

      When things get busy communication can break down. I did not like the project management system they were using: redmine, because it kept logging me out every 2-5 minutes.
