Post Roy company has lots of potential Great vibe and very easy going culture which sometimes translates into laziness for several departments. A+ video team, works really hard to produce high quality content amazing and talented askmen team, very classy team. Excellent creative team - high bar for getting in. New CFO is experienced
Cons
Technical team is strong but lacks product leadership to guide it, missing consumer internet sensibility one would expect at a company like IGN Management hasn't addressed low morale or the fact that great quality people are leaving. Many VPs lack basic business skills which leads to mediocre results. HR plans great parties but is at a loss when identifying and solving real problems. Content seems to be going through major growing pains, may need more clean up.
