Pros
I really enjoy being part of the current team I am in, and I appreciate everything here. Our team is vibrant and always striving to do better, which aligns perfectly with my values. Team members trust, recognize, and support each other, and it's normal for everyone to offer help when someone encounters a problem. My superiors have also given me ample space to explore and practice, even though there are sometimes unavoidable tasks that need to be done at the company level... but I think that's normal too. While it's easy to select good platforms and projects based on reputation, finding a team like this is truly rare. I feel fortunate and lucky.
Cons
The salary level is considered average within the industry. Additionally, I hope that the company's top management can share more information openly with the employees. We also want to know about the current status of various projects within the company.
