Pros

Anything but game team is pretty nice. Normal work hours and paid holiday, easy to Commute by bus/skytrain and nice restaurant around They take precaution for on-site. Weekly covid testing with test kits handed out by HR. You get 30 for 2 hours of OT, 60 for 5 hours of OT pretax

Cons

If you have any other choice I suggest working elsewhere No career growth, if you shine pass your lead they will take your work from you and try their best to get you laid of. If not they will try to make your life a living hell while pretending to care. Game team are a mess, no legitment overtime pay, forced to work OT, if you worked OT on Holidays/Weekends you get ot adjustment you'll won't even able to use and next year comes around, you pay a huge amount to taxes. Autocratic leadership Project manager is a push over, can't keep project on time, end up shortening software engineer/QA's work time QA lead if you don't have a good relation with his favorite person in the group you'll be benched and shuned upon
