my store had really nice and competent managers. When I had done anything wrong or made a mistake they followed procedure and gave chances to improve and ideas on how to improve. They were understanding when you were sick and gave you a chance to take initiative.
Cons
Understaffed or made the front of the store do too many things at the same time so they remained "busy". It was stressful to be on your feet all day and also have a millions things to keep track off while also trying to be available for customers,
