Penalty rates means 3 day weeks including Sunday's and nights are liveable and the other staff are friendly and fun to be around.
Cons
Passing manager responsibility often to under paid staff, management get furious when unrealistic expectations aren't met, scare tactics like threatening to fire staff are used, and management don't think ahead enough, and pass all responsibility to staff.
