Pros
I’ve worked at IG for many years now and have to say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. There’s loads of experience in the technical office and I’ve learnt so much. There is a great family atmosphere around the site. We’re right beside some of the other big Keystone group businesses too. The business is growing so fast too. Lots of opportunity and new roles/departments.
Cons
I would have liked to have been involved in some of the other Keystone group (other businesses) technical offices. I saw some staff get that opportunity to rotate around the brands.
