      9/80 work schedule means every other Friday off. Nice 401k match.

      Cons

      Organization with old ideas and outdated benefits. Tout flexible work schedule, but core hours are 8-4 central time. Little opportunity for advancement.

      Great company for Facility Managers with great programs.

      Pros

      Great benefits, 401k matching, fully paid healthcare.

      Cons

      Old boys club. Not a place for women and that is made very clear through treatment of employees and compensation. Ran like a dictatorship, no trust that hired employees are capable of doing their jobs. High turnover and positions are filled by friends, not qualified professionals. All about who know and politics. Extremely unethical.
