Pros
Employees are given considerable training and encouraged for certifications. Along with senior team members, worthy Freshers are given a chance to work on international clients as well after 1-2 months of joining. HR is approachable and there are regular updates being given with regards to policy updates, internal policies etc.
Cons
A fast growing company does bring work overload and long working hours. Frequent policy changes, but not really a con in the long run.
