      Gained a lot of experience Met some cool people

      Cons

      Management at chapel hill location is not good. They have hire turnover for this reason (15 people in a little over a years time) They do not proactively hire to help with the turnover and you will be overworked on the mean time Not much room for growth due to small company

      work from home, decent pay.

      Cons

      micro managing, horrible commission structure. Inexperienced trainer and managers. Just a bunch of kids running an insurance brokerage. Underpaying agents and manipulating seps to write more business.
