Not great but adequate - Customer Service IFF Employee Review

Mission-driven organization with dedicated professionals.

Workload can be taxing at times.

Colleagues are nice generally speaking.

Colleagues are not very bright. Management doesn’t hold people accountable. Management talks a lot about IFF values, but their actions are not consistent with those values. If you want to get ahead, you have to play a lot of silly games for management.
