      Most of the employees are friendly.

      Cons

      Workers are treated like another number instead of being treated like people. It was an awesome place to work in the beginning until management changed.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
