      Pros

      Currently can't think of anything. If you get the right supervisor they can make adjustments to your schedule but that is rare.

      Cons

      Micromanagement runs rampant. Procurement etc. 20 years out of date. Very little work life balance for the average worker. Benefits are poor.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
