      Chill environment, constant overtime available

      Cons

      Can't have facial hair or piercing of any kind. The facility has a constant whif of chemicals in the air that takes getting used to. Only overnight and afternoon shifts available.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
