      Pros

      Wide variety of interesting work opportunities that had a positive long term impact. The work I did here definitely helped me with having things to discuss in interviews later on. Also had lots of hands on experience with excel and SAP.

      Cons

      There was a lot of downtime between projects. While my projects all had an impact, there would also be days with nothing to do, but read.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
