      Growth potential, great exposure, excellent culture and colleagues

      Leadership is a bit "stale" - would benefit from a shakeup. We need leaders who think to the future and aren't stuck in the past. Infrastructure support services like HR lack proper funding to support the organization.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
