Pros
Oriented to employee growth, it's not a huge multinational so you still get a sense of entrepreneurship in the day-to-day, the volume of meetings is low if it can be an email, an email it will be. Overall the company is great.
Cons
The company is growing fast, so many changes and lack of routine can be expected (it can be perceived as a pro though), tend to accommodate way too many people under one single management. There seem to not have many career opportunities, but it might change soon due to the company's growth.
