      Pros

      No one is over your shoulder constantly checking to see if you get things done. There is the expectation that you should be able to handle it yourself with little to no instruction.

      Cons

      The work flow in the day is currently sporadic and there seems to be issues within internal communication.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
