      It was a place to retire. But now, this is not a place to survey. Biased and favoritism. No training. Heavy politics.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
