      Complex and taking time procedure required from Finance and Procurement, but it’s obviously procedure very necessarily for every company to control internal progress & comply with regulations

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
