If you are a great employee, bringing in new concepts and innovation, if you dont play by the playbook, they throw you out of the organization with most frivolous excuses. One of the worst HR organization I have come across. "local Legal team" is most corrupt ever - very successful in misrepresenting facts and work only to protect the company unethical practices.
