      There are a lot of talented people who work in the company. The companies vision for the future is wonderful!

      Cons

      There aren't many opportunities for people to grow beyond their current position. A good amount of talented people become discouraged thus severely decreasing their passion for their position and the company overall.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
