Cons
1. If you are relatives or somehow related to company boss, you could climb your career ladder very fast. IFCA is a family business, many direct/indirect 'relatives' work inside. 2.During Covid period, employer force employee to take annual leaves but expect some of the employees to work during they on leave time. 3. During Covid period, employer force some of the new joiners/ under probation employees to resign themselves so that company don't need to compensate them. 4. Many bugs in the software, reported in Jira but apparently useless due to shortage of manpower. 5. Turnover rate is very high, thus lead to instability of the product. 6. Treat employee as money making tool rather than human, ask employee go office to work when Selangor is red zone and under PKPB, while most of the job actually can work from home.
