no direction, everything everywhere - Programmer IFCA Employee Review

no clear direction on the technology to use, very messy trying angular and react and mysql/postgresql, not sure if anyone know including management what to do. found out older product is net and also powerbuilder. this is very old. always changing the design until we get big headache, i don't think the bosses know what product they want to build, change here and there, no basic design strategy, just like what i think people like then build like that, very funny make a lot of stupid work for me like to force people to do many things at once, scolding a lot, culture don't respect people
