Amazing group of colleagues to work with. Great work-life balance. Management team really cares about the employees and is willing to invest time/money into developing.

When I came in for my interview, the receptionist whispered to me "this is a great place to work". I wasn't sure at the time if she was just trying to sell me on the company, but her words have rung true over my years here. Some of the great attributes include: -A very collaborative environment -Friendly co-workers -A really comfortable and beautiful office space -Profit sharing and other benefits -Compensation for continuing education -Management that cares about the present and future well-being of the workers

Due to the work environment and size of the company, you won't be flying under the radar at IFAB like you might at a larger company. Continuing learning and growth is expected.
