      Teaches you how not to manage people. Demonstrates poor leadership Successful in house recruitment company ............... with the turnover of staff they need it!

      CEO COO Poor communication Leadership has no idea what they are doing Total confusion amongst teams Silo working Bully culture.....ist could go on. Never in all my years have I seen, heard, watched such poor leadership. CEO wins the gong for bing the biggest prune. He holds himself up as the all knowing and a good leader, truth is he is leading the business into chronic failure. Get a grip IESA!

      So many. Staff are miserable, the turnover I have never seen anything like before or since, I have seen people start on a Monday, go for lunch, and never seen again. Please read and consume the negative reviews on this site, they are written by genuine people who generally had a miserable time at Iesa. All the negatives I can vouch for. The recent spate of positive reviews seem a little too engineered, it stinks of senior management trying to claw back some respectability - they seem a little too hammy and manufactured - they also read like they've been written by the same person!
