      Pros

      Back office support personnel are helpful and professional.

      Cons

      Lacking language skills, the US management shuns all occasions requiring English language and provides no leadership or company direction. Yet, it still expects business to run perfectly. Consequently, things do not happen as they should be. There is always finger pointing in the most unimaginable way and employees were let go without full explanation.

      Pros

      Reasonable compansation and benefit among its peers (foreign-operated companies) if you received bonus quarterly/ yearly. Office space is great and location is close to freeway.

      Cons

      Lack of respects from the managements. It is very hard for newcomers, you may not get the resources/ supports from the managements and colleagues.
