Lots of work - Lab Tech IEH Employee Review

Many people will tell you to do something one way and then your boss will tell you to do it another way. People get frustrated with the amount of work. Techs are treated like peasants. I am the most experienced person on my shift and they still won't make me a supervisor (and yes I do a lot of work there) Desperation for help leads to questionable hires.
