Pros
They offer high salary but pls take note that if they state the salary is RM4500, The actual salary is only RM4000. Another 500 is the bonus for attendance. For new joiners, if you MC, EL or AL, RM500 will gone.
Cons
Got my own reason why i said this is the most red flag company ever. they got cctv literally everywhere. there are hundreds of cctv. note that their cctv is a really high end, they will zoom into your pc to check if you doing work or not. no privacy at all. cctv also can detect your voice. if you are caught chatting with mate not related to work, you will get a warning and 500 from your salary will gone.. the only safe place in this company is their toilet. other than that, this company is a scam. your job scope in official letter will never be your job scope. you need to cover everything due to short staff. no one can stay any longer in this company. if you are malay and muslim, avoid this company at all. i dont want to be racist but you will know why. this company gave me so much ick.
