Pros
Super easy and flexible work schedule. Great for a highschool / college student with free summers.
Cons
Not a lot of pay, low hours. Depends on the client pool. Most improvement is self led, little help to move up from instructor position. More experience as a teacher/ manager than as a programmer in resume.
