So hard to negotiate for a salary raise. You only get to have a raise 1 time every year. If you don't like your new salary then tough luck because it's unlikely to change that for that year. You also don't know how much salary increase before you receive them so it's gonna be hard to decide if you wanna change job or not. Most of my colleagues that quit said it's because of the salary
