The best part is the culture of trust. Managers set clear goals but give the team full autonomy on how to achieve them. No one watches the clock; performance is judged on output and contribution. This truly respects employee professionalism.
Cons
Onboarding Process: The onboarding when I joined was good, but not great. It felt a bit unstructured after the first week. I've heard they are working on a new mentorship program to fix this.
