Pros

The company has several advantages or pros, including: Plenty of Learning Opportunities: The company is an excellent place for beginners who want to learn and grow. The role is challenging, and you'll be expected to take on a lot of responsibility, but you'll also have the chance to learn a lot of technical skills that will serve you well in the future. Supportive Team: The company has a supportive team that is always willing to help their colleagues. This makes it a great environment for collaboration, learning, and growth. Modern Culture: The company has a modern culture that values innovation, creativity, and diversity. This can be very appealing to younger or more progressive workers who want to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Good Product Team: The company has a great product team, which means that you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects that can be very rewarding. Opportunity to Help Colleagues: The company has a culture that values collaboration and teamwork, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to help your colleagues and contribute to the success of the company. Overall, these pros can make the company a very attractive option for beginners who are looking for a challenging role with plenty of learning opportunities, a supportive team, a modern culture, and the chance to work on exciting projects.

Cons

Despite the pros mentioned earlier, there are some cons or downsides to working for this company, which are as follows: Less Pay: One of the major cons of this company is that the pay may be lower compared to other companies in the industry. This can make it difficult to attract or retain top talent, and it may also make it harder for employees to make ends meet. Less Growth Opportunities: While there are plenty of learning opportunities at this company, there may be limited growth opportunities within the company. This can be frustrating for employees who are looking for opportunities to advance their careers. Not So Great Outlook: The company's outlook may not be as strong as you would hope. This can make it difficult to feel secure in your job or to have confidence in the future of the company. Poor Work-Life Balance: Employees may feel that the company has a poor work-life balance, meaning that work demands may be too high and not balanced with sufficient time off or flexibility. This can lead to burnout, reduced productivity, and decreased employee satisfaction. High Turnover: The company may be experiencing a high turnover rate, meaning that good people are leaving the company. This can be a sign that employees are not satisfied with their work environment, pay, growth opportunities, or other factors. Overall, these cons can make the company less attractive to some employees who are looking for higher pay, more growth opportunities, or a more stable outlook.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Everyone breaks the rules in this company, but they are always good at choosing a scapegoat. There are so many people who don't know basic hygiene rules in the toilets, you can literally catch a disease here. The boss and the managers are extremely loud and you can't even focus on your work.

Pros

• great colleagues in Sales, Marketing and HR • they are a QTSP • good Sales Leaders in Germany, also had a couple of other very talented colleagues in England and France

Cons

• the management of this company is done by dinosaurs who never worked in identity • the product is so far out-dated that they’ll never be able to catch up to the competition • the investors are very inconsequential • you’ll be promised by new c-level that everything will change, it does, but for the worse (I.e. new CCO) • legal process takes incredibly long • company is allergic against decision making which is further slowed by micro management and influenced by the same people (Germany based) • the culture is: you give, we take and you get nothing in return • you need a masters degree in politics
