      Pros

      Free parking, free coffee, nice offices and great location.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership. Family run business where they use fear to make staff work harder. No career progression. Micromanagement, especially in sales environment. Terrible commission structure. No work life balance - leaving on time and working from home frowned upon.

      Senior Management have a lot to learn, countless wasted hours working on pointless tasks as it will be stuck in the bottleneck of senior managements micromangement of every single task only for the customer to move on as it takes so long.
