Pros
IDS has been a great company to work for. Pay is great and everyone in the office is friendly. Management is laid back and lets you get your job done. A relatively new (less than 10 years) management team has implemented several new programs that really benefits all employees. This has been a welcome change.
Cons
No cons worth mentioning that I can think of. Not saying this place is perfect because every company has its faults, but I generally wake up looking forward to my day at work.
