Cons
Senior Management cares more about paperwork and arbitrary processes than outcomes. Ever increasing workloads without increased support or recognition to even acknowledge employee achievements. Managers do not have content expertise. The workplace culture is punative and fluctuates depending on political appointees. Once upon a time it was great.
