Some people treated others with dignity and respect

Managerial staff had a favorite group of lower-level employees and treated the rest like dirt. They don't respect individual employee's mental health or disabilities. As internship mentors, they consistently failed to provide even the least amount of support to an intern's growth and learning of career goals. They see everyone outside their bubble of favorites as drones.
