- The manager doesnt even know what she is doing - The team leader just got that position because nobody else wanted to be a team leader. they conducted interviews and post online but nobody actually was considered, only time wasting. - They gonna force you to get "hot leads" or your position gonna be in risk - You need to "scam" people on the introduction saying that you can help them but in fact, if they dont have enough resources or student visa, you have to block them (mark as cold) and forget about them. - Team leader tasks are unclear and she will just judge you for every small mistake do. - Nobody train you, they will just make you watch a video - The manager gonna blame you for all mistakes that you actually DIDNT do. Yeah, that's right, the manager will put all the blame on you for something that nobody know that was incorrect all the time and she will keep blaming you only to save her face from the upper positions than her. - just DONT WORK HERE
