      Incentive is very good in IDFC bank

      Pressure - Banking nature Sometimes it gets toxic - Banking nature Very nominal salary in initial year for at least 8-10 years, plus growth is very slow if you start from bottom of pyramid There is nothing called work-life balance in banking and all the bankers will romanticise this thing who all are on senior Designations
