      Pessoas mal qualificadas, empresa "familiar" pois todo cargo elevado é ocupado por pessoas que se conheciam e trabalhavam juntas quando a Idexx era Madasa (distribuidora), remuneração abaixo do mercado, RH trava o desenvolvimento profissional

      Some of the business logic is very lab or biology oriented so some background with that would help.

      Pros

      Great team/people. Cutting edge technologies. Fantastic Agile framework. They actually follow the process! They really care about animals.

      Cons

      The BSA position is odd, since you're not actually gathering requirements from the stakeholders. You get them from the Product Owner. You still refine the stories and discuss as a team and clarify things and questions go back to the stakeholders if needed. VERY low pay.
