      Idexx health and science also has its shortcomings. It has a lack of consistent communication from the top down. It has a very slow growth rate when it comes to salary and pay increases.

      -Great work-life balance -Remote work opportunities -Lots to learn and very interesting adjacent fields

      There is very stiff upper management and change to processes is very minimal and unheard of. Communication between teams can be very rickety and often fails.
