      Pros

      IDEX has incredible benefits. Our heath benefits are probably second only to government. We also have great retirement benefits, and vacation time. IDEX treats their employees with respect. IDEX does not micro-manage. They let the BU's handle daily functions, but provide support whenever it is needed. IDEX is great at doing what they say they will do. IDEX provides it's employees with great opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      I feel sometimes we are so worried about being politically correct, that it occasionally gets in the way of a good business decision.
