Pros
I've found the culture very people-oriented and surprisingly with such a large parent corporation, the individual business units are not micro managed, yet aligned and supported. Leadership seems very logical and sound in decision-making and and ethical business practices. Positive people are celebrated and supported and toxic people don't survive long. Limited politics and bureaucracy.
Cons
Pay scales and career paths could be clearer as with all organizations. Concern always there to appease the shareholders and make cuts when times get lean.
