You get to learn what poor company culture looks and feels like. All they talk about is how great their financials are, so maybe that is a pro.
Cons
Everything is about money and no further out than the quarter. The culture is rotten everywhere, even though they speak to it all the time. Complete lack of effort from anyone that works for IDEX.
