Pros
Good work life balance. Off shifts are very light. They have a vision of what their future is going to be.
Cons
For only 100 people there are like 5 people with the title of Vice President of something or other. None of them have the span of control of an actual VP, including one real piece of work who has only one but he treats everyone around him like they're subordinate dirt.
