Ruthless. You can be a hero one day and a casualty of cost saving the next. You're just" a number" no matter what you're told. Company sets out stall "not to lose".... never to win. Very risk adverse. Work Life Balance challenging. US Based BU's carry very little understanding of other non-US local cultures.
