Ethical - with "ethics hotline" and a no retaliation policy for whistleblowers Salary - Above average with annual merit increases and bonuses Training - supervisors & managers (Supervisory, Management, Leadership Excellence Programs) Rapid promotion - for individuals that can perform Accountability - employees are judged on both results and behavior in performance reviews Morale - employee engagement surveys are taken 2x per year, and managers are given engagement improvement goals. High turnover - Culling of individuals that don't "cut the muster" is ruthless and frequent. Top-down goals - Monetary goals are assigned somewhat arbitrarily, and can sometimes compromise the long-term health of individual companies.
