      Good place to work if you have been an employee for 10 plus years, as the old school members are untouchable

      Toxic culture Poor & unexperienced leadership Hire/fire culture, as well as harsh dismissals for good people Heavy KPI's as soon as markets shift Unprofessional management

      a great collaborative working environment. always helpful and willing to assist. a growth mentality, both personally and professionaly.
